Yes, the Oat Bar Coffee Lover contains 32.8 mg/100 g of caffeine. An espresso contains about 60–80 mg of caffeine. Our bar provides around 13 mg of caffeine, which is approximately one-fifth of an espresso.
The Oat Bar Coffee Lover is ideal for mindful moments of enjoyment in everyday life – for example, in the morning as an energy-rich start, as a short break in between, or as a companion to your morning coffee ritual or before a workout.
The higher the cocoa content, the darker and higher quality the chocolate. For the Oat Bar, we used chocolate with 65% cocoa content.
The amount of cocoa required for this product was grown, traded, and audited according to Fairtrade standards. Fairtrade promotes better working and living conditions for certified producers, as well as environmental protection. We've opted for a recyclable mono-material film for our Oat Bar packaging. You can dispose of the packaging as usual with your yellow recycling bin.
