The fermented oat milk powder dissolves when mixed with liquid, creating an extra layer of creaminess. This gives the porridge its wonderful mouthfeel – even with just water.
Everyone's different, but most people love porridge for breakfast because it's a quick, easy, and delicious meal – the first feeling of happiness in the morning. I like to eat my porridge before or after exercising for the energy I need to power through my workout. Of course, it's also a tasty way to end the day, and as I always say, a warm feeling in your stomach makes for a great night's sleep. There's no right or wrong here – it all depends on you and how you structure your day!
Since I've already mixed many ingredients into this mix, a topping isn't really "necessary" from a flavor perspective. But if you like things presented visually, you can add a special touch every day with fresh ingredients. Nut butter or yogurt are my favorites.
We opted for a recyclable, single-material film for our porridge packaging. You can dispose of the packaging as usual with your yellow recycling bag.
