The Crunchy Protein Bar has a high protein content. If you want to support your muscles, it's a good idea to eat it after a workout. You can also use it to satisfy a small hunger between meals.
Rice syrup is made from cooked rice. It has fewer calories than white table sugar and contains almost no fructose.
Rice protein is primarily obtained from rice or rice bran and, like pea protein, is a good vegan alternative. Unlike animal protein, it has the advantage of being hypoallergenic. This means it is easily digestible and therefore safe even for allergy sufferers.
Inulin is a water-soluble fiber. It's derived from natural agave and helps the bar's other ingredients stick together without requiring a lot of syrup.
