Yes, the Crunchy Nut Butter Coffee Cacao contains 62 mg of caffeine per 100 g. An espresso contains about 60–80 mg of caffeine – so 100 g of this product is roughly comparable to an espresso.
Yes, don't worry at all, that's perfectly normal! My nut butter deliberately has a short list of ingredients and therefore contains no additives such as thickeners. To get the perfect taste experience, you can simply take a small spoon and stir vigorously to ensure everything is well blended from the bottom to the top.

As with all my products, I wanted to find the best possible packaging solution for my nut butter. The Blueseal lid I use has a PVC-free seal, completely free of plasticizers, which can be particularly harmful to you, especially with fatty products like nut butter. Once you've finished eating every last drop from your Nut Butter jar, you can easily recycle it in the standard glass recycling container. Please unscrew the lid first and dispose of it separately in your recycling bin. This is the only way to ensure all parts of the packaging are optimally recycled.
