The Cinnamon Roll Style Fiber Cream contains 17g of fiber per 100g. This comes from natural inulin, a soluble fiber that supplements the almond and cashew cream base with additional fiber, contributing to the cream's high fiber content.
Inulin is a soluble fiber naturally found in plants. The human small intestine does not have enzymes to break down inulin. As a result, the fiber is not digested in the small intestine and largely reaches the large intestine unchanged, where it serves as a food source for intestinal bacteria.
