Shampoo

Massage into the scalp, lather, and rinse. I shampoo twice with lukewarm water.

Conditioner

After shampooing, distribute evenly through the lengths of your hair, leave on for 2-3 minutes, and then rinse. Rinse with cold water for the last 20 seconds to close the hair cuticle and give your hair extra shine.

Supplement

Take 3 capsules daily, swallowed whole with sufficient liquid.
