What's inside Mental Balance
Mental Balance brings two things together: plants with a long history of use – ashwagandha, rhodiola, schisandra and reishi – and micronutrients with clearly defined functions in the body.
What the micronutrients do is proven:

About the plants themselves
There are currently no approved health claims in the EU for ashwagandha, rhodiola, schisandra or reishi. This doesn't mean these plants have no benefits – it means we're not permitted to attribute health effects to them.

In my naturopathic practice, I support many people who have a lot going on simultaneously in daily life. In developing this formula, two things were important to me: plants with a long history of use in their regions of origin, and micronutrients with proven, EU-approved functions. That's why, alongside ashwagandha, rhodiola, schisandra, and reishi, there is a clearly declared nutrient base: Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and magnesium contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system; magnesium contributes to normal psychological function; and Vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Rhodiola (Rhodiola Rosea) - Rhodiola rosea

Schisandra - Schisandra chinensis
Extract from the berries, a plant long known in East Asia.
Reishi - Ganoderma lucidum
Extract from the fruiting body of an East Asian culinary and medicinal mushroom.
Vitamin C

Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid, without chewing. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Contains Rhodiola root extract – not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and adolescents, or individuals with bipolar disorder. Consult a doctor if taking antidepressants or if you have high blood pressure.
