Rice syrup is made from cooked rice. It has fewer calories than white table sugar and contains almost no fructose.
Inulin is a water-soluble fiber. It's derived from natural agave and helps the bar's other ingredients stick together without requiring a lot of syrup.
For the Nut Clusters, we chose a recyclable film made from various types of polypropylene because the processed ingredients are so sensitive and require special protection that only this type of material can provide the necessary barriers. This keeps the contents as fresh as possible for you. You can dispose of the packaging as usual with the yellow bag.
