You still ask me so often how I keep my long, well-groomed hair healthy – and that's exactly why one of my absolute must-haves is hidden in this door.
With éla Hair Oil, my hair care routine is complete – from shampoo to after-styling. It's the last, but perhaps most important step in giving my hair shine, softness, and protection.
4 WAYS TO USE YOUR OIL
- After Styling - fresh hair: Rub 2–3 drops between your palms and gently work into the lengths and ends.
- Fresh up - „old" hair: Give your (no longer so fresh) hair on day 2 or 3 after washing new shine, by applying 2-3 drops of hair oil on your lengths.
- Hair Oiling (video): Before washing as an oil treatment. Distribute generously, massage the scalp and nourish the lengths. Let it sit for a few hours, then double shampoo and wash as usual.
- Intensify your hair mask: Mix a few drops of oil into your hair mask in the shower.

Mindfulness Exercises with Pam
The most important time you can give yourself during this often hectic and overwhelming Christmas season is your me-time.
I love taking conscious time for myself in these moments – especially during training. Because movement isn't just for the body, but also for the mind. That's why I've put together a few small mindfulness exercises that I like to integrate into my workouts to experience December more consciously.
Before Training: Quick Focus & Body Connection
Close your eyes for a moment, breathe in and out deeply three times – in through the nose, out through the mouth.
Feel into your body: feet, legs, shoulders, head.
Say to yourself internally: "I am here, my body is ready."
This way you let go of everyday life and arrive completely with yourself.
During Training: Conscious Execution & Breath
Direct your attention to a movement: How does your foot land? How does the tension in your body feel? How does your breath flow?
Breathe in rhythm with your movement – calm, steady, present.
This way every exercise becomes a small moment of mindfulness.
After Training: Reflection & Gratitude
Sit down and sense: Where does your body feel warm, relaxed or energized?
Think of one thing that was good today – no matter how small.
Then take a deep breath and think: "Thank you body for doing so much for me."
After training, I like to take a little moment to come back to myself completely. Sometimes the day just rushes by: appointments, thoughts, to-dos. And yes, I also forget to take a breath.
In exactly such moments, a small mini-break helps me: two to three times a day I set myself a reminder, pause briefly, breathe deeply, look out the window or simply feel the ground under my feet. Just a few seconds – but they're enough to find peace again and center myself.
Feel free to try it out and tell me how these little breaks feel for you – maybe they'll become a regular part of your routine too.
